The partners of Steel Walsh and Murphy recognised the need to provide the clients with tax effective financial and investment advice in order to offer clients a total financial solution. In response, the partners joined Count Wealth Accountants in 1995 and established a financial planning division to be known from 1 July 2002 as Calare Financial Services. Count Wealth Accountants, Australian Financial Services Licence Holder Number 227232, is Australia's largest independently owned network of accountants specialising in wealth advice, with over 130,000 clients nationwide.
The Calare Financial Services team consists of 3 financial planners and support staff. We are dedicated to providing clients with tax-effective investment strategies to help them achieve financial security.

| Bill Murphy is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a registered tax agent and company auditor. Bill provides more than just traditional accounting services. He, along with the other partners of the firm, wants his clients to receive a total financial solution. Bill completed a Bachelor of Commerce in 1973 from University of NSW. Because of Bill’s interests in vineyards he has become a vineyard tax specialist. |

| Kendall McMaster is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a registered tax agent and company auditor. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree in 1981 from the NSW University of Technology. Kendall has an interest in superannuation particularly small self managed funds. Kendall’s community involvement includes being a leader of Cowra Scouts, and an active participant of the Cowra Triathlon Club and Cowra Kennel Club. |

| Jim is an Authorised Representative of Count Wealth Accountants. He was employed by Steel Walsh and Murphy from 1 July 2000 as a full-time, financial planner. He has over 24 years experience in the finance industry. He was previously a Proper Authority Holder with Westpac Bank where he worked for 22 years. He is presently completing the Diploma in Financial Planning through Deakin University. |
